Liz graduated in law from Strathclyde University in 1977. She gained a Diploma in Forensic Medical Science from Glasgow University in 2005. Liz's background is predominantly private client work and she advises on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, executries and residential conveyancing. Liz has a special interest in all aspects of the law relating to disability and Fatal Accident Inquiry Work in this field. She is a former member of the Law Society of Scotland's Mental Health and Disability Sub Committee (1998 - 2009) during which she was appointed to the Law Society's panel relative to accreditation in Incapacity Law. Liz owns six Standard Poodles and an Afghan Hound and has previously bred two litters of Standard Poodles. |
