Mia lives with her husband Martin in the heart of the New Forest, as well as Fudgey the very cheeky Chocolate Labradoodle, Scrumpy the Labradoodle puppy, and their aged Burmese Cats Patch & Mischief. Despite working in the construction industry most of her life, Mia has finally succumbed to country living and now works part time in the local community, dedicating the rest of her time to her animals and Labradoodle Trust.

Having supported the Trust by homechecking, fostering and fundraising, Mia has been delighted to accept a more permanent position and has faith she can help to make a difference.

In her spare time she enjoys meeting her local doodle friends for walks, goes agility training with Fudgey, walks her neighbours dogs, and even occasionally does some housework! She hopes to continue the vision by raising awareness and working hard on some exciting new projects for the Trust.
