EDUCATION: We see educating the public about Labradoodles as a very important part of what we do. Unscrupulous breeders are continuing to mis-sell Labradoodle puppies claiming they are non-shedding and/or allergy friendly which is very misleading. This is also one of the main reasons Labradoodles are coming into rescue. You can read more about these subjects and Labradoodles in general in our Education section.

RESCUE: Labradoodle Rescue UK was created by a group of dog lovers in May 2007. Following the increased popularity of Labradoodles, breeding increased dramatically and we soon realised that there was a need for a specific breed rescue to help with rehoming these lovely dogs. Labradoodle Rescue UK has grown very rapidly since then and is now called Labradoodle Trust.
